Adecco Creative and Marketing is seeking a Marketing Project Manager to join a global company in Parsippany, NJ. This role will work closely with marketing managers to drive usage, engagement, and loyalty across their product portfolio. The ideal candidate is highly organized, data-driven, and execution-focused, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively.
Location: Hybrid in Parsippany, NJ - local candidates only
This is a 4 month contract position. The rate for this role is between $50-$65hr.
Key Responsibilities:
Implement, measure, and analyze multi-channel marketing initiatives to drive growth within the portfolio.
Assist with demand planning, financial forecasting, and budget management to align with business objectives.
Provide sales teams and channel partners with marketing materials and programs that support demand generation efforts.
Monitor and analyze customer insights, competitive activities, and market trends to refine marketing strategies.
Ensure strong project execution, overseeing timelines and deliverables to ensure successful completion.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize marketing performance and improve brand presence.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in marketing or project management (experience in animal health or pet owner marketing is a plus).
Strong business analytics skills, with proficiency in Excel for handling and analyzing large data sets.
Project management expertise, with the ability to handle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with proven strengths in team collaboration and relationship building.
Highly task-oriented, with a focus on execution, performance analysis, and brand management.
