We are seeking a Media Exhibit Producer to join our team. The Media Exhibit Producer is responsible for supporting the Creative Department in implementing media solutions to creative concepts, treatments, scripts, storyboards, etc. This position coordinates among multiple creative teams and stakeholders to ensure that all media exhibits are successfully planned, produced and executed on budget in accordance with the schedule. The Media Exhibit Producer will ensure a smooth production process from concept to delivery while upholding the excellence of the company's work product.


ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential functions include but are not limited to the following:

  1. Manages multimedia content across various platforms from planning and design through production and installation. This includes developing production resources such as, but not limited to, film crews, voice talent, on-camera talent, historical reenactors, wardrobe and costumers, production stages and locations, sets, special riggers, propping, post-production and interactive resources, etc. Works across multiple project teams and subcontractors to clearly communicate and execute creative direction.
  2. Develops media production budgets and schedules in accordance with the overall project budgets and schedules provided by Project Management. Manages and coordinates pre-production, production and post-production logistics, milestones and deliverables with the Project Manager.
  3. Supports the Project Manager in the coordination of media subcontractor contracts, purchase orders, and invoices.
  4. Coordinates with the Director of Media Production and Creative Team Leader to ensure the successful execution of media.
  5. Conducts ongoing research to inspire innovation in the creation of integrated media exhibit solutions that employ up-to-date technologies and methods.
  6. Develops media exhibit materials for deliverables as directed by the Creative Director and project.
  7. Collaborates with the Integration Director to integrate media components into the overall project visualization through planning, prototyping, fabrication, and installation.
  8. Works with the Integration Director in organizing and supervising onsite media installation, programming, burn-in, and training activities. This includes communication with AV and staging subcontractors as assigned.
  9. Coordinates with the Research & Asset Coordinator in trafficking, organizing and archiving digital media files and materials for both ongoing and archival projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  1. Bachelor's degree in related subject or equivalent work experience and training.
  2. Minimum of five (5) years of media production experience.
  3. Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a design environment.
  4. Proficient understanding of computer applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and the Internet.
  5. Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite.
  6. Creativity and the ability to develop innovative solutions for client demands.
  7. Excellent organizational skills.
  8. Excellent oral and written communication skills to include presentations, and internal and external client deliverables.
  9. Ability to professionally and efficiently correspond with external and internal clients and vendors via phone, email, and written correspondence.
  10. Excellent attention to detail in an environment with rapidly changing data.
  11. Interpersonal relationships which encourage openness, candor and trust, both internally and outside of the Company.
  12. Accurate and timely completion of projects and/or reports.
  13. Maintenance of Company information in a confidential manner.
  14. Ability to work independently or in a team setting in a fast-paced environment.
  15. Ability to travel domestically via automobile or airplane.
