Job Description:

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
  • Develop and Execute Strategic Marketing Plans - Define and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with ONNI's business objectives and drives growth.
  • Brand Elevation and Positioning - Strengthen and expand ONNI's corporate and consumer brand presence throughout the business portfolio (residential, commercial, hospitality) through innovative and high-impact campaigns.
  • Lead Multi-Channel Marketing Initiatives - Oversee the execution of marketing efforts across digital, traditional media, social, PR, content, and experiential channels.
  • Drive Demand Generation and Revenue Growth - Develop and optimize performance marketing strategies to generate leads, increase customer acquisition, and maximize ROI.
  • Content Development & Storytelling - Craft and support a compelling brand narrative that resonates with diverse regions and stakeholders.
  • Analyze Market Trends & Consumer Insights - Utilize data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize campaigns, and identify new growth opportunities.
  • Manage Partnerships & Vendor Relations - Oversee agency relationships and ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives with external partners.
  • Oversee Budget Planning & Allocation - Manage marketing budgets to ensure internal and external resources are optimized for maximum impact and efficiency.
  • Lead and Inspire a High-Performing Team - Recruit, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team, fostering a culture of initiation, creativity, agility, and innovation. Establish a comprehensive set of KPIs to ensure progress is clearly measurable and easily tracked.
  • Coordinate Cross-Departmental Collaboration - Work closely with sales, product, and operations to ensure alignment, integration and support of marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor and Optimize Campaign Performance - Integration of analytics and tools to measure effectiveness, track KPIs, and adjust strategies to continuously improve results.
  • Plan & Execute Brand Events and Activations - Organize and staff industry events, trade shows, and webinars to enhance brand engagement and build relationships.
  • Stay Ahead of Industry Trends - Keep up with emerging marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain ONNI's competitive edge.


Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)
  • Proven Marketing Expertise - Demonstrated success in real estate, hospitality, lifestyle, or luxury brands, with the ability to bring high-caliber marketing expertise into this space.
  • Senior-Level Experience - 10+ years in high-impact marketing roles, ideally within a top-tier agency, consultancy, or recognized brand.
  • Strategic and Hands-On Leadership - Ability to balance big-picture vision with execution, driving marketing success from strategy to implementation.
  • Data-Driven Decision Maker - Strong analytical skills with a focus on performance metrics, consumer insights, and ROI-driven marketing strategies.
  • Multi-Channel Marketing Proficiency - Expertise across digital, content, PR, social, traditional, and experiential marketing.
  • Team Leadership and Development - Proven ability to attract, mentor, and inspire high-performing marketing teams.
  • Innovative and Trend-Setting Mindset - A forward-thinker who creates industry-leading marketing strategies rather than following trends.
  • Exceptional Organizational and Time Management Skills - Ability to prioritize, multitask, and excel under pressure while adapting to sudden changes.
  • Highly Self-Motivated and Detail-Oriented - A proactive approach to problem-solving, ensuring flawless execution of marketing initiatives.

  • Technical and Digital Marketing Proficiency
    • High proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
    • Basic knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) is an asset.
    • Solid understanding of digital initiatives, web application development, SEO, and Google products (Analytics, AdWords, Webmaster Tools).
    • Experience with CRM software is an asset.
  • Ability to Travel - A valid driver's license, vehicle, and passport for site visits and travel between Canada and the U.S. as needed.


Salary Range:

$160,000 - $200,000
