Overview

As the Head of Marketing at Enkel, you will be responsible for leading our digital marketing strategy, brand positioning, content creation, and demand generation efforts. This role involves overseeing all aspects of digital marketing, social media, website management, content marketing, events, and promotional campaigns to enhance brand awareness and drive lead generation. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with hands-on execution skills who can develop and execute high-impact marketing programs that align with our business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing stratgy to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.
  • Oversee all digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, PPC, email marketing, and marketing automation.
  • Manage social media presence, creating and curating engaging content to drive audience growth and engagement.
  • Own website strategy, ensuring it is optimized for user experience, lead conversion, and search performance.
  • Lead content marketing initiatives, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership pieces.
  • Plan and execute events, including webinars, industry conferences, promotional campaigns, and sponsorships to drive lead generation and strengthen brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Support, and Customer Success to ensure alignment between marketing efforts and business objectives.
  • Manage the marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize HubSpot and other marketing automation tools to manage and track marketing campaigns, enhance campaign performance, streamline workflows, and deliver data-driven insights through detailed reporting and analytics.
  • Coordinate with external vendors, designers, and consultants/contractors as needed.
  • Work closely with CEO and leadership team to align marketing strategies with business goals and provide regular marketing reports and dashboards.
  • Own and report on key marketing metrics, including website traffic, conversion rates, lead generation, and campaign performance.


What You Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, content marketing, or growth marketing in a B2B, SaaS, or professional services environment.
  • Proven experience in managing multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, and paid media.
  • Strong knowledge of website management, UX optimization, and marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, WordPress).
  • Extensive hands-on experience in managing and utilizing HubSpot is required.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing, lead generation, social media management and engagement strategies.
  • Expertise in event marketing, sponsorships, and promotional campaign execution.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to measure, analyze, and optimize marketing performance.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment with a strong focus on collaboration and execution.
