Are you ready to lead the charge in driving growth and shaping a marketing powerhouse?

We're looking for a VP, Growth Marketing to join us at MediaValet. This role is open to candidates eligible to work in Canada.

In this pivotal role, you will own and execute our demand generation strategy, crafting integrated multi-channel campaigns that deliver new customers, accelerate revenue growth, and achieve our quarterly and annual goals. You'll collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and product to ensure our initiatives resonate with target audiences and align with company objectives. Reporting directly to our Chief Marketing Officer, you'll play a critical role in scaling our ARR and elevating MediaValet's presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities:
Demand Generation Strategy & Execution
  • Develop and implement comprehensive annual and quarterly plans that align with business objectives, fuels revenue growth, and drives a measurable impact across all stages of the customer journey.
  • Lead the creation and execution of integrated, data-driven campaigns that attract, engage, and convert target audiences at scale across multiple channels, including paid media, website/SEO, events, email marketing, and partners.
  • Manage and optimize paid media programs to achieve cost and lead generation targets.
  • Design and oversee regional events, trade shows, and our user conference to enhance brand presence and generate qualified leads in key locations.
  • Manage strategic co-marketing programs with partners to extend our reach, increase lead generation, and amplify our product value.
  • Craft and execute strategies focused on customer retention, expansion, and advocacy, leveraging insights to build meaningful engagement and loyalty.
  • Build and implement a comprehensive content strategy to drive organic traffic and position MediaValet as an industry thought leader.

Analytics & Optimization
  • Monitor and report on campaign success using KPIs like conversion rates, pipeline growth, and ROI.
  • Use A/B testing and performance analysis to refine campaigns and make data-driven decisions.
  • Develop and manage a Marketing KPI dashboard for trend analysis and reporting to the executive team.

Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with Sales, Customer Experience, Business Development, Partnerships, and Product teams to develop targeted segment plans and account-focused strategies.
  • Lead and mentor a team, fostering a results-driven and innovative environment.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in demand generation within a high-growth B2B SaaS environment.
  • Expertise in designing and delivering multi-channel campaigns that exceed performance metrics.
  • Proficiency with tools like HubSpot (must-have), Salesforce, Google Analytics, Google Ads, and SEMrush.
  • Strong knowledge of paid media strategies and optimization techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in using data to inform marketing strategy, measure campaign performance and lead attribution, and optimize program ROI
  • Exceptional project management skills and the ability to balance competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders across various functions.
  • A data-driven mindset with a passion for continuous improvement, innovation, and scaling high-growth marketing efforts

Salary Range: $180,000 - $205,000 + 30% bonus potential
