Lowe's is seeking candidates for their 20782 - Copywriter - Full Remote - Company Brand experience is a must. The Max C2C pay is $60 an hour.

This is a 1 year contract with strong possibility of extension.

There will be 2 rounds of interviews.

Key Responsibilities and Description:

This sits on the Creative Services Team within the overall Employer Brand team. This role would be the only

copywriter on the team, so they'll get sole creative freedom on copy expression across a ton of channels.

Head of CST lives in India, so collaboration/direction happens in mornings, and creative work primarily happens

later in day.

Drive Brand Voice and Tone Across All Copy - Ensure every piece of content reflects the company's employer

brand voice, maintaining consistency and authenticity across all channels, from web pages to billboards and

everything in-between.

Craft Brand-Driven Copy for Multiple Audiences - Develop engaging, on-brand content that speaks to diverse

audiences, including job seekers, employees, and stakeholders, while reinforcing the company's culture and

values.

Create and Refine Direct Response Copy - Write compelling, action-oriented copy for job postings,

recruitment marketing campaigns, and candidate communications designed to attract, engage, and convert

top talent.

Support Storyboarding for Scripts and Videos - Collaborate with creative teams to develop clear, engaging

narratives for employer brand videos, recruitment campaigns, and internal storytelling efforts.

Write Short- to Mid-Length Copy with Impact - Produce concise yet effective copy for social media, digital

ads, email campaigns, and career site content that captures attention and drives engagement.
