Schedule: Monday - Friday | 8:00am - 5:00pm | Must be available to work occasional nights/weekends as needed for event coverage and crisis communications

Job Summary: The Creative Production Specialist produces high quality visual and multimedia content that supports the health system's brand and strategic goals. This role collaborates with the creative team to develop marketing materials, digital content, and other visual assets to enhance the organization's image and engage patients, staff, and the community. The specialist ensures consistency and alignment with Saint Francis Health System's (SFHS) mission and values.

Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree in Communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.

Licensure, Registration and/or Certification: None.

Work Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in creative production or marketing role. Experience within a healthcare environment, preferred.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Proficiency within graphic design software. Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and visual communication principals. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal that present clear and concise information to a diverse audience. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams. Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities with competing deadlines. Strong problem-solving skills with creative thinking. Working knowledge of healthcare industry trends and regulations.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Produces high-quality visual and multimedia content, including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, and website content. Collaborates with graphic designers, multimedia specialists, and freelancers to ensure the timely delivery of creative projects. Ensures brand consistency across all visual communications and marketing materials. Works with internal stakeholders, including marketing, communications, and clinical teams to understand project requirements and deliver creative solutions. Coordinates with Xerox Print Center to ensure their work meets organizational needs and follows brand standards. Manages the creative process from concept to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget. Provides creative input and feedback to team members regarding maintaining high standards of quality and creativity. Oversees the trafficking of printing and other creative jobs to ensure efficient workflow and timely delivery. Coordinates with internal and external resources to manage the production schedule and meet deadlines. Stays up to date on industry trends and best practices in design, marketing, and healthcare communications. Makes recommendations for the deployment of new and emerging creative tools and technologies. Coordinates with external vendors and agencies as needed for specialized projects. Monitors and evaluates the effectiveness of creative campaigns and makes recommendations for improvement.

Decision Making: Independent judgement in planning sequence of operations and making minor decisions in a complex technical or professional field.

Working Relationships: Works with internal and/or external customers via telephone or face to face interaction. Works with other healthcare professionals and staff. Works frequently with individuals at Director level or above.
