Senior Media, BI and Paid Operational Analyst
with expertise in digital marketing operations, analytics, and campaign tracking. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on solving complex problems, lives inside data, and is highly skilled in platforms like
Google Tag Manager ,
Google Analytics , and

Campaign Tracking & Optimization:
Set up and manage
UTMs ,
Google Tag Manager , and tracking mechanisms for ads, landing pages, and forms. Monitor UTM strings, embedded form tracking, and CRM data to ensure accuracy and visibility of ROI.
Marketing Analytics & Insights:
Develop and maintain automated reporting frameworks using tools like
Power BI
and
Tableau . Deliver real-time insights into sales funnels, lead performance, and campaign success metrics.
Lead Funnel Management:
Analyze data in Google Analytics, Salesforce, and Excel to identify conversion drop-offs and improve lead-to-client performance. Create detailed reports on funnel metrics and recommend optimizations.
A/B Testing & Experimentation:
Execute and analyze
A/B tests
for ads and landing pages to maximize conversion rates. Use data insights to iterate and improve marketing strategies.
Cross-Team Collaboration & Training:
Work with business units and stakeholders to tailor analytics solutions. Train teams on analytics tools to promote data-driven decision-making.
Marketing Technology & CRM Integration:
Oversee integrations between
Salesforce CRM , Google Analytics, and paid ad platforms. Lead projects to enhance workflows, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Required Qualifications:
5+ years
in paid media or marketing operations, with a focus on lead conversion. Expertise in
Google Tag Manager ,
Google Analytics , and
Google Ads . Advanced proficiency in
Salesforce CRM
and data visualization tools like
Power BI
or
Tableau . Strong background in
funnel analysis ,
paid media optimization , and
marketing operations . Proven experience translating data into actionable insights. Advanced
Excel skills
(macros, pivot tables, vlookup). Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Strong communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences. Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in the
healthcare
