Vice President of Marketing – Global Markets U.S. Immigration Fund, a global finance and real estate development company headquartered in Tequesta, Florida, is seeking a Vice President of Marketing – Global Markets to lead the company’s international marketing strategy and execution. This is an on-site position at our Tequesta office and not remote. Position Overview: The VP of Marketing – Global Markets will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, investor engagement, and business growth across key international markets with respect to immigration by investment. This individual will oversee all aspects of marketing, including digital campaigns, branding, content strategy, public relations, and market research. Additionally, this role will manage marketing budgets, optimize ROI, and ensure alignment between marketing efforts and company goals. This position requires an experienced, strategic thinker who can lead a high-performing team while also being hands-on in execution. The ideal candidate must have a strong background in global marketing, branding, digital strategy, and budget management within the finance, investment, and real estate industries (with preference for candidates with EB-5 or investment immigration experience). Key Responsibilities: Strategic Leadership & Global Market Expansion Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies to drive investor engagement and increase brand visibility in key international markets. Identify and analyze emerging market opportunities, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to optimize marketing initiatives. Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align marketing strategies with business objectives and investment goals. Brand Management & Communication Oversee all global branding and communication efforts to ensure a consistent and compelling brand presence across all channels. Develop strategic messaging and positioning for marketing campaigns, PR initiatives, and investor communications. Ensure marketing materials meet industry and regulatory standards while effectively communicating U.S. Immigration Fund’s value proposition to global audiences. Digital & Content Marketing Drive the development of high-quality content for digital platforms, including websites, social media, blogs, newsletters, and investor journey/UX materials. Oversee paid and organic digital marketing initiatives, including SEO, PPC, email marketing, and social media strategies to enhance investor engagement and acquisition. Lead data-driven marketing campaigns, leveraging analytics and performance metrics to optimize marketing effectiveness. Budgeting & ROI Optimization Develop, manage, and optimize the global marketing budget, ensuring cost-effective resource allocation and maximum ROI. Analyze key marketing KPIs and financial performance metrics to make data-driven decisions and adjust strategies as needed. Implement marketing automation tools and CRM solutions to enhance efficiency and improve lead conversion rates. Public Relations & Industry Events Lead public relations efforts to enhance the company’s reputation and credibility within the finance, investment, and real estate sectors. Oversee international event participation, sponsorships, and investor summits to strengthen brand positioning in key global markets. Manage relationships with media, industry influencers, and strategic partners to drive earned media opportunities. Team Leadership & Cross-functional Collaboration Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. Work cross-functionally with sales, investor relations, legal, and executive leadership to drive business objectives through marketing initiatives. Establish clear KPIs and performance goals for marketing team members to ensure accountability and success. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree required (master’s degree preferred)

Minimum of 7-10 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role, preferably within global finance, investment, or real estate industries. Proven track record of successfully developing and executing international marketing strategies. Expertise in digital marketing, brand management, public relations, and content creation. Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data insights into strategic marketing decisions. Experience managing multi-million-dollar marketing budgets and optimizing ROI. Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in marketing technology platforms, includingCRM systems, automation tools, analytics platforms, and social media management tools. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions. Multilingual proficiency is a plus.
