What you'll do

We're looking for a

Senior Marketing Manager

to drive the growth of Curbee. This role will be critical to the next stage of a fast-growing, authentic start-up. In addition to owning the brand, customer engagement, demand, and our media channels, you will be preparing to

build a team . Additional

oversight

will include working with contractors and consultants to ensure our content, sales enablement, and dealer partner communications are effective and on-brand.

Social Media & Brand Growth: Lead

LinkedIn strategy , driving engagement, organic growth, and paid campaigns to reach dealerships, OEM's , and key industry stakeholders. Develop

engaging content

(thought leadership posts, videos, infographics, carousels) that cements Curbee as the leader in automotive Mobile Service space Manage

other social platforms

(Twitter, YouTube, etc.) to expand Curbee's digital footprint. Partner with leadership to develop

executive branding and thought leadership content

on LinkedIn and other endemic / industry channels. Demand Generation & Growth Marketing:

Launch

multi-channel campaigns

(social media, paid ads, email, SEO, content syndication) to drive awareness and lead generation. Implement

ABM strategies , targeting key stakeholders with tailored messaging and remarketing. Leverage

marketing automation (HubSpot or equivalent)

to nurture leads and accelerate conversions. Customer Communications & Engagement:

Develop and manage

customer email marketing campaigns , newsletters, and lifecycle communications. Create content for

customer onboarding, product updates, and retention initiatives

to keep dealerships engaged and informed. Ensure all messaging aligns with Curbee's

brand voice and customer experience goals . Sales Enablement & Partner Marketing:

Own the iteration of

sales collateral, pitch decks, one-pagers, and case studies

to support the sales team in educating prospects and winning partnerships. Collaborate with the sales team to create

playbooks, FAQs, and competitive positioning materials . Enable dealership and fleet partners with

marketing toolkits and co-branded materials

to drive adoption. Analytics & Optimization:

Track, report and

analyze campaign performance across social, paid, and inbound marketing

to refine strategy and optimize ROI. Stay ahead of

industry trends, LinkedIn algorithm changes, and emerging marketing best practices

to continuously improve performance. What We're Looking For

5 - 10 years of marketing experience, including 5+ years of B2B marketing experience , with

a strong emphasis on owning the full stack and leading team members. Proven success growing a B2B brand on LinkedIn

and running

organic and paid social campaigns . Expertise in

ABM, SEO, email marketing, and paid media (LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, etc.) . Experience developing

sales enablement materials and customer communications . A

strong storyteller

with exceptional writing skills who can translate complex topics into compelling marketing content. Experience using

HubSpot (or similar CRM), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms . Highly analytical with a

growth mindset

and ability to optimize campaigns based on data. A

self-starter

who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Seriously! Bonus Points for

Experience in the automotive industry, especially inside dealership operations or as a related vendor.
