We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing Manager to join our client's team and lead multi-channel marketing initiatives. This role will oversee and strategically drive marketing efforts across B2B and B2C brands while collaborating with internal teams, agencies, and contractors. This position requires a skilled professional with expertise in both online and offline marketing strategies, event campaign management, and leadership qualities to guide the marketing team effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Oversight: Develop and manage a comprehensive marketing strategy integrating both online and offline channels to drive brand initiatives.
- Multi-Brand Oversight: Lead marketing efforts for B2B and B2C brands.
- Campaign and Team Management: Plan, execute, and manage marketing campaigns while providing strategic direction to team members. Ensure campaigns are performance-driven and aligned with business objectives.
- Field Marketing Support: Heavily support field marketing operations and store-specific marketing initiatives with a focus on traditional offline methods.
- Vendor and Agency Collaboration: Partner with external agencies, contractors, and vendors to execute project-based marketing needs effectively.
- Budget Management: Oversee, manage, and report on large marketing budgets (e.g., $5M+), ensuring cost-effective campaign delivery.
- Analytics and Reporting: Leverage tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel to analyze marketing performance, provide insights, and guide decision-making.
- Customer Journey Optimization: Understand and enhance customer journeys, ensuring seamless execution and impactful audience engagement.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge of B2C marketing (with some understanding of B2B preferred).
- Proven ability to integrate online and offline marketing strategies.
- Event marketing experience, including managing community-level events and large-scale trade shows.
- Familiarity with brick-and-mortar marketing support.
- Proficient in Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Excel for reporting and budgeting.
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and their reporting outputs.
- Email marketing and marketing automation experience.
