We are looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager to join our marketing team and take our social media presence to the next level. If you have a knack for storytelling, love engaging with communities, and are skilled at crafting compelling content, this role is for you!


Position Overview:

As the Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, managing platforms, and creating content that resonates with our target audience. You will lead social media campaigns, track performance, and ensure our brand voice is consistent and engaging across all channels.


Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with business goals
  2. Manage day-to-day social media operations across platforms
  3. Create and schedule engaging content, including text, images, and video
  4. Monitor social media trends and adapt strategies accordingly
  5. Interact with followers, respond to comments, and engage with our community
  6. Track and analyze social media metrics to assess campaign performance and adjust strategies
  7. Collaborate with the marketing team on content calendars, brand campaigns, and promotional activities
  8. Stay up to date with emerging social media tools, trends, and best practices
  9. Develop and manage paid social media advertising campaigns

Qualifications:

  1. Proven experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role with a strong portfolio of successful social media campaigns
  2. In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
  3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  4. Strong creative abilities, with a good understanding of branding and content strategy
  5. Ability to work independently and in a team environment, managing multiple projects at once
  6. Experience with social media advertising platforms (Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.) is a plus
  7. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
