Responsibilities
  • Oversee the execution of a digital strategy roadmap for the website, ensuring alignment with business objectives and key stakeholder priorities.
  • Create a framework to manage several interdependent projects, coordinating timelines, dependencies, and resources to drive successful implementation.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including strategy, content, operations, analytics, and product, to understand each project's requirements and the implications of those requirements on other workstreams.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and milestones, proactively identifying and mitigating risks.
  • Facilitate weekly project status meetings, tracking progress, roadblocks, and key decision points.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing clear communication on project status, risks, and deliverables.
  • Develop and maintain projects within project management system, providing leadership with visibility into roadmap progress.
  • Support change management efforts, ensuring smooth adoption of new internal processes across teams.
  • Continuously assess and refine processes and workflows, driving operational efficiencies and scalability.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration and accountability, ensuring all teams remain aligned on strategic priorities.

You'll have:
  • 5+ years of project management experience in digital strategy, web initiatives, or cross-functional program execution
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, operations, or communications
  • Experience managing large-scale, multi-stakeholder digital projects, ideally within a website or digital transformation context
  • Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Airtable, Asana, Monday.com, Smartsheet, or similar) to track progress and manage dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, ensuring alignment across strategy, content, operations, analytics, and product teams.
  • Highly proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented, with a strong ability to anticipate challenges, drive solutions, and ensure flawless execution of projects.
  • Experience facilitating meetings and driving accountability, including tracking risks, roadblocks, and key decision points.
