Position Title KNCT-FM Radio Station Manager

Summary of Position
This position will manage the day to day operations of KNCT -FM .
Minimum Required Education
Bachelor’s degree from a nationally, regionally or identified at the state level accredited institution in an appropriate technical or business field required.
Minimum Required Experience
Three years management experience (or comparable in radio broadcast stations, preferably in non-commercial radio stations), five years experience preferred.
One year supervisory experience required.
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
Demonstrated experience in station development, programing and digital services.
Demonstrated experience in station and on- line technical expertise preferred.
Experienced and knowledgeable of FCC Rules and Regulations relating to noncommercial station operations.
Experienced and knowledge of CPB policies relating to radio operations required.
Demonstrated ability to develop and manage an annual operating budget.
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Salary 1I - per Salaried pay schedule
Hours Full-time, indicate working hours - Mon - Thur 7:30am - 5:30pm Fri 7:30-11:30am
