The Social Media Analyst is responsible for the ongoing monitoring and analyzing of various social channels for customer and industry activity related to specific brand quality, in alignment with business, customer care and safety strategies and direction. Develop strategies to enhance and maximize insights provided by established social media listening tool(s). Leverage measurement tools and mine insights and provide regular progress reports. Continually find ways to improve on listening metrics through testing and new initiatives. Participate in cross-functional teams reporting for Voice of the Customer (customer sentiment, trending brand topics, top customer concerns). Provide ongoing feedback to vehicle brands, dealer network, quality and other groups.

Experience:

  • Experience in data analysis, reporting, and presentation
  • 1+ year(s) experience or equivalent exposure to a corporate environment
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task, with high attention to detail
  • Proven Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word with experience creating data charts/graphs
  • Experience with social media platforms, including, but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X and YouTube

Ideal Candidate:

  • BA or BS, with specialization on Advertising, Communication or Marketing
  • Experience with presenting data metrics, insights or other relevant information to large groups including senior leadership
  • Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools including, but not limited to, Sprinklr, Emplifi
  • Capable of writing, editing and crafting content for the social media space

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $23.79 to $26.44 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
