Job Summary: The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the resort’s overall marketing strategy through a blend of digital and traditional initiatives. This role includes supporting social media engagement, website updates, email campaigns, press relations, and local partnerships to enhance brand visibility and guest engagement. The ideal candidate will work closely with the marketing team, including Director of Communications & Marketing and E-Commerce & Digital Marketing Manager to promote resort offerings, special events, and packages, ensuring alignment with the luxury standards of Regent. Additionally, this role provides administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling and coordination of key projects. Responsibilities: Digital & Traditional Marketing Assist in executing marketing campaigns across digital and print platforms. Support with maintaining the resort website, ensuring accurate content, promotions, and visuals. Support social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms. Create and manage targeted email campaigns to engage different guest segments. Public Relations & Partnerships Build relationships with local influencers, media contacts, and brand partners. Coordinate media visits, familiarization trips, and facilitate site visits as needed. Support with partnership events and execution. Design and update marketing collateral, including brochures, signage, check stuffers, flyers, and digital assets. Work with the Studio team to produce visually compelling promotional content. Event Marketing & Coordination Support with promotion of resort events, dining experiences, spa promotions, and seasonal offerings. Assist in planning and coordinating special events, press visits, and photo shoots. Administrative Support & Scheduling Provide administrative assistance to the marketing team, including support with scheduling and project timelines. Create resumes for site visits and overnight stays based on itineraries provided. Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items for marketing initiatives. Support in organizing and maintaining marketing files, reports, and communications. Perform other duties as assigned. What We Need From You: Marketing coordinator or similar role, within a luxury 5 Star hotel or high-end hospitality establishment is preferred. Proven experience in digital marketing, social media management, and email marketing. Bachelor's degree in hospitality management or a related field, or equivalent work experience. Familiarity with graphic design tools and website content management systems (CMS). Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret marketing data. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Passion for the hospitality industry and commitment to luxury brand standards. Flexibility to work during evenings, weekends, and holidays as per business demands. What You Can Expect From Us: The hourly pay range for this role is
