Job Description:

Talent Groups is seeking a Marketing Specialist to drive demand generation and ABM programs that accelerate pipeline development and revenue growth. This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of marketing and sales, executing strategic campaigns to support both inbound and outbound efforts.

You will collaborate with enterprise account managers and broader sales teams to:

• Execute targeted campaigns to generate and nurture leads, optimizing based on data-driven insights
• Develop a deep understanding of target markets, personas, and pain points to refine messaging and outreach
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign success and pipeline growth
• Align marketing strategies with sales initiatives to enhance buyer engagement throughout the sales cycle

Top Skills & Qualifications:

• Campaign Management & Execution – Ability to strategize, implement, and optimize demand generation programs
• Sales Team Collaboration – Experience working directly with sales teams to drive pipeline growth
• Campaign Analytics & KPI Tracking – Skilled in measuring and improving marketing performance based on key metrics

Preferred Experience:

• 5+ years in B2B marketing, preferably in demand generation, ABM, or revenue marketing
• Proficiency with Marketo, Salesforce, Domo, 6sense, and other marketing automation/CRM tools
• Strong understanding of sales cycles, prospecting strategies, and revenue-focused marketing
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to manage multiple projects independently
