UX Product Designer – ID 13652 The Sage Group’s client, the largest food delivery service, is seeking a Designer for their Commerce Platform. The Commerce Platform provides products and services to help Merchants grow, run, and operate their business on their channels - whether that’s in-store, or off-premise. Our à la carte suite of solutions help Merchants scale their capabilities, drive more sales, and deliver a best-in-class customer experience - anytime, anywhere guests engage with their brand. We’re looking for a contract designer to support high-priority projects in this space. You’ll start by working to ensure Merchants can operate a low friction, positive ROI business that deepens their relationships with their customers over time. Experience designing CRM tools, marketing campaigns, reporting, or similar will be useful. Key Responsibilities:

Explore complex, ambiguous problem spaces, working with your team to understand the opportunity, and then chart a path forward. Use quantitative data and qualitative feedback to inform the design decisions iteratively. Own the end-to-end design (user flows, interaction, visual, etc.) across multiple products and projects. Clearly articulate your thinking throughout the design process, participate and present in reviews and work sessions to develop solutions further. Build relationships and collaborate with cross-functional teams such as UX Research, Product Management, Engineering, Business Analytics, Operations, and Marketing. Provide implementation guidance to engineers and ensure features launch at the highest quality. Qualifications:

You have 5+ years of experience as a product/UX designer in a relevant industry. You enjoy working in ambiguous problem spaces and bring clarity to your teams through your mastery of the design process (and the occasional design sprint). You value high-quality well crafted visual design and obsess over the details. You are self-aware, curious, and humble. Prior design experience with multi-sided marketplaces, ecommerce, and complex workflow tools is a big plus. List of Skills:
