Alchemer is seeking a detail-oriented content marketing coordinator. A member of the content marketing team and broader marketing team, this person will support marketing content creation and go-to-market strategy for Alchemer.
The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and editing skills, a sharp eye for detail, and the ability to juggle multiple projects at once. Key Responsibilities:
- Write and publish engaging blog posts, social media content, emails, and additional content as needed.
- Assist in maintaining a well-organized content library and editorial calendar.
- Repurpose existing content into different formats (e.g., turning blog posts into infographics or social media content).
- Optimize content for SEO and user engagement.
- Support the content team with research, proofreading, and administrative tasks.
- Help track content performance metrics and compile reports.
- Ensure all content is on-brand and consistent in style and tone.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices and bring new ideas to the table.
- Ability to think critically and creatively to generate new ideas for marketing and research activities.
- 2+ years of experience in content marketing or related field.
- Strong writing skills with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with content management systems and basic SEO principles.
- Experience with email marketing platforms and social media management tools.
- Proficient time-management skills with capacity to set priorities and meet deadlines.
- Ability to react to shifting priorities and manage multiple projects at once.
- 1-2 years of related experience.
- Experience with marketing tools & technology (CMS platform experience preferred).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Team player with the ability to build relationships and achieve team goals.
- Familiarity with AI tools.
- Video editing skills.
- The successful candidate should be detail-oriented with good verbal and written communication skills, have excellent research and computer skills, and a positive attitude.
- Prior experience working on a marketing, product, or sales team.
- Experience writing various marketing content, including blog posts, social media posts, case studies, e-guides, or other promotional materials.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (good at listening and asking questions).
- Proficient with Microsoft products, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to learn new platforms.
