We are seeking a Web Content Specialist to join our team in Greensboro, North Carolina. This role involves the creation and management of auto advice articles for insurance products displayed on an eCommerce platform. The chosen candidate will be expected to liaise with various stakeholders and cross-functional teams, and analyze the performance of digital advice articles to enhance their efficiency.
Responsibilities:
• Play a key role in the creation of new auto advice articles for insurance products on an eCommerce platform
• Build positive relationships with insurance product line leadership and other stakeholders
• Develop a 12-month digital advice article roadmap and ensure its successful execution
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis of competitors' digital advice articles and other high-performing digital advice articles
• Work with various cross-functional teams such as SEO, Content, Design, Compliance, and Legal to create digital advice articles
• Monitor the performance of digital advice articles, identify areas of improvement, and implement strategies for enhancement
• Manage and optimize digital product landing pages or advice articles on eCommerce platforms based on analysis and stakeholder feedback
• Plan and execute digital projects, and recommend and implement process improvements
• Keep up-to-date with Office applications, specifically Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.• Proficient in creating and managing web content, with a strong understanding of how to tailor this content to specific web pages and audiences.
• Experience in designing and optimizing landing pages to drive traffic, improve user engagement, and increase conversion rates.
• Knowledge of eCommerce platforms and strategies, with the ability to use this knowledge to enhance web content.
• Ability to create compelling digital content that aligns with brand guidelines, appeals to target audiences, and meets business objectives.
• Experience in managing and executing digital projects, with a focus on delivering high-quality content on time and within budget.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure that all web content is aligned with broader business and marketing strategies.
• Detail-oriented, with a strong focus on maintaining the quality and consistency of web content.
• Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to identify opportunities for improving web content and the user experience.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues related to web content.
