Marketing team

North America

as a

North America Trade Marketing Lead.

This position is being offered on a

full-time, permanent

basis. The role will be

home based

(North East USA preferred)

with

regular travel

required.

The North America Trade Marketing lead will be accountable for developing, supporting and executing brand strategies, marketing campaigns and initiatives adapted to the relevant sales channel. You will be the dedicated marketing point of contact responsible for communication, presentation, activation across the direct retail estate and our 3rd party stockists.

To be successful in this role you should be a pro-active individual who is organised, adaptable, enthusiastic and a self-starter.

What we expect from you as a North America Trade Marketing Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication -

Work with global brand team to ensure consistency in marketing messaging, responsible for creation or adaption, translation, proofing and distribution of activation communications relating to:

Retail Campaign guidelines localisation, translation, and communication Activity retail briefing and communication Project stakeholder communication Liaising with Social / Ecommerce team for external communication and amplification ICT communications: at direction from PMO and Colour Lab Campaign presentations, guidelines and asset delivery Presentation -

Managing adherence to brand standards and consistency

Maintaining presentation standards and merchandising in line with brand and trade strategy Informing and implementing from a local level event and activation guidelines and procedures i.e. event request process, local networking guidelines Ensuring that activity is in line with brand standards and market position Supporting up to date 3rd party compliance guidelines i.e Prospecting Pack, ICT brochure, Creating the Look and Stockist Information Pack Utilizing 3rd party audit of range and merchandising in stockists Support for stockist Ecommerce presentation standards Activation

- Support retail sales team and 3rd party sales team strategy through key stockists, by creating and executing appropriates plans and tactics to deliver impact and sales for the brand to continue industry leadership

Campaign amplification through activation and tools Work with the sales teams and agents to sell in campaign into the markets Support L&D and the sales team to inform training and education programmes Identify opportunities develop and deliver both direct and indirect activity adapting to consumer profiles i.e. local partnerships, physical store events, conferences, local institutions, publications, email, social and web. Review retail event and stockist event requests in line with expected sales uplift Scoping, briefing and fulfilment of point of sales/collateral to activate initiatives working with studio, brand and creative Activate and communicate new showroom openings/relocations/refurbishments Key Attributes:
