Responsibilities Content Collection & Distribution- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales, customer success) to create compelling content that highlights the success of the product and key value drivers.
- Proactively gather insights and success stories, ensuring they are effectively translated into impactful marketing materials.
- Develop and distribute content across email, website updates, social media, and sales enablement materials.
- Own and manage email marketing efforts, ensuring company updates, product successes, and customer wins are effectively communicated to investors, customers, and leads.
- Develop and execute targeted campaigns, including newsletters, drip marketing sequences, and tailored outreach for different audiences (sales prospects, current customers, and investors).
- Track engagement metrics, analyze campaign performance, and refine strategies to maximize impact.
- In collaboration with the team, revamp the website with fresh content, including the “About Us” section, product descriptions, and announcements.
- Post blogs, event recaps, and PR releases.
- Provide the sales team with up-to-date materials including case studies, customer testimonials, and product updates.
- Support marketing campaigns tied to specific sales initiatives, such as events or webinars.
- Collaborate with our Customer Success Lead to help provide materials to current customers.
- Grow and manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
- Post regular updates on product advancements, partnerships, events, and industry insights.

- 1-3 years of experience in marketing or a related role, preferably within digital health or technology.
- Experience managing social media accounts and content calendars.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot) and basic CRM knowledge.
- Familiarity with Website design and platforms. Technical skills with Webflow is a big plus.
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment, seamlessly juggling responsibilities while taking ownership of marketing initiatives and keeping the team aligned.
- Takes ownership of projects and drives them forward efficiently, collaborating closely with the team while proactively identifying next steps.
- Ability to learn quickly about software products and translate technical details into compelling content.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
- Strong writing and communication skills.
- Experience in a startup environment or healthcare/technology field is a plus.
- Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a big bonus.
- Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and analytics tools are too!
This role will begin as a 6 month full-time contract position (1099) with a fixed monthly rate of $6,500 for a 40-hour workweek . We have the intention of transitioning this into a full-time, salaried role based on performance and company needs. We are looking for long-term team members who will grow with the company, take ownership of key marketing initiatives, and become an integral part of our team.
