About the Role
Our client, a dynamic B2B organization, is seeking a Product Marketing Manager to bridge the gap between marketing and sales, driving the development of strategic marketing initiatives and supporting the sales team with impactful tools and resources. This is a high-visibility role that combines strategic oversight with hands-on execution, focused on increasing demand generation, improving sales enablement, and effectively marketing a suite of innovative solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Demand Generation : Develop and run marketing campaigns designed to drive top-of-funnel activity and engage target audiences.
- Sales Enablement : Create sales support materials, including presentations, battle cards, and market insights, to empower the sales team to close deals more effectively.
- Content Development : Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce compelling communication assets and thought leadership tailored for multiple stages of the buyer’s journey.
- Market & Product Expertise : Build a deep understanding of the company's product portfolio and its alignment with market needs, assisting sales teams with market positioning and go-to-market strategies.
- Campaign Management : Work within Salesforce to create marketing campaigns, manage segmentation, pull targeted lists, and provide reporting to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaboration : Partner with sales, product managers, and other internal stakeholders to develop aligned strategies for outbound communications and optimal channel utilization.
Qualifications
- Proven background in B2B marketing .
- Strong familiarity with financial services or marketing solutions to financial institutions (banking, credit unions) is highly desirable. Experience with payments-related products or services is a plus.
- Expertise in developing marketing assets such as product presentations, battle cards, and communication strategies.
- Proficiency in Salesforce for campaign management, segmentation, and reporting.
- Versatility in both high-level strategy and hands-on execution.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across sales, product, and marketing teams.
- Solid understanding of demand generation best practices and strategies.
