We’re dedicated to making hormone replacement therapy (HRT) more accessible, affordable, and stigma-free. As we scale, we need a results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to optimize and accelerate our online and offline marketing efforts—helping us reach the women and men who need us most.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and analytical Performance Marketer to lead the development, execution, and optimization of performance-based campaigns to acquire and retain members. In this role, you will work closely with our marketing team, outside agencies and corporate leadership to ensure that our marketing programs across digital channels (email, social, search, display, etc.), traditional media (direct mail, DRTV), and healthcare professional (HCP) marketing are efficient, impactful, and aligned with our business goals.

You will report to the Head of Growth and your work will directly contribute to our mission by ensuring more patients can access life-changing hormonal treatments.

Key Responsibilities

🔥 Paid Media Strategy & Execution

  • Work with external partners to develop, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube .
  • Continuously analyze performance metrics, conduct A/B testing , and refine campaigns to improve conversion rates .
  • Craft compelling, data-driven ad creatives and messaging tailored to women’s and men’s healthcare audiences.

🔄 Funnel Optimization

  • Audit and enhance existing marketing funnels to increase lead generation, activation, and retention.
  • Optimize our CRM workflows to nurture leads effectively.
  • Implement strategies to lower CAC (Cost-Per-Acquisition) and extend LTV (Lifetime Value) of members.

📊 Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Provide detailed performance reports on ROAS, CAC, and LTV, along with actionable insights.
  • Help establish and track KPIs to determine if we are on track to achieve goals.
  • Able to merge multiple data sources to tell the marketing story
  • Identify growth opportunities through data analysis and propose scalable marketing strategies .
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitors.

🤝 Collaboration & Support

  • Work closely with the Marketing Assistant, Customer Care team, and Product Manager to ensure campaign alignment and effectiveness.
  • Share insights, best practices, and new strategies to enhance team-wide marketing expertise .
  • Collaborate and share knowledge with Global colleagues.

Qualifications

Must-Have:

  • 4+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in healthcare, DTC, or membership-based businesses.
  • Proven track record of scaling campaigns profitably for membership-based DTC, healthcare, or service-based businesses.
  • Expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, YouTube Ads , and marketing funnel tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using Google Analytics, Klaviyo, or similar platforms .
  • Experience running direct response marketing campaigns that drive measurable growth.
  • Strong understanding of digital media channels (email, paid search, social, display) and traditional media (direct mail, TV).
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (Google Analytics, Excel, etc.).
  • Experience with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion rate optimization.
  • Knowledge of CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, and attribution models.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets and drive ROI across multiple channels.

  • Experience with HCP marketing strategies, including personal and non-personal detailing and conference marketing.
