We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director of Digital Marketing to lead and shape the strategic direction of all e-commerce and digital marketing e5orts. This senior leadership role will focus on driving sustainable growth, enhancing brand presence, and ensuring seamless collaboration across teams. Director, you will own the digital marketing strategy, manage high-impact initiatives, oversee budgets, and Define and implement a long-term digital marketing strategy to drive substantial e-commerce revenue growth, customer acquisition, and retention. • Establish and communicate a clear vision for digital marketing, ensuring alignment with overall digital marketing landscape. • Collaborate with the executive leadership team to prioritize high-impact initiatives that support the Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing team of digital marketing professionals across paid media, SEO, email marketing, social media, and content marketing. • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and accountability within the marketing team and them to excel in their roles. • cohesive marketing strategies. Data-Driven Decision Making: • Utilize advanced analytics to monitor and evaluate digital marketing performance, delivering customer acquisition costs, and conversion rates. • Use data to inform future strategies and pivot quickly when needed to meet business objectives. Customer Acquisition & Retention: • Oversee personalization, segmentation, and automation efforts to drive meaningful engagement Develop and scale loyalty programs and remarketing efforts to enhance brand loyalty and repeat Shopify & E-Commerce Platform Expertise: • Leverage expertise in Shopify (or similar platforms) to enhance the online shopping experience Work closely with product and tech teams to ensure the platform adheres to industry best Champion the integration of cutting-edge tools and technologies to elevate e-commerce performance. Stay informed about the latest developments in digital marketing, e-commerce, and consumer Proactively introduce new tools, platforms, and methods to enhance digital marketing and brand equity. 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record of leading successful e- commerce strategies for consumer-facing brands. • Extensive experience with paid media, email marketing, SEO, content marketing, social media, and web analytics (Google Analytics, Shopify Analytics, etc.). • Advanced knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms, including CRO and UX best Demonstrated ability to align digital marketing efforts with overarching business goals, driving Strong analytical skills and a data-driven approach to decision-making. • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
