Description

The Product Marketing Associate role offers abundant learning opportunities. The candidate will be very hands-on and will have responsibilities within the Product team. They are responsible for planning and facilitating the best-quality product possible in a fast-paced startup environment.

Responsibilities

· Own and support projects flowing through the product pipeline

· Work on marketing campaigns supporting your product

· Gather requirements and provide any necessary specs to drive features

· Learn how to test features before the Go Live date for quality assurance

· Manage customer requests through customer support line and inbox.

· Assist Hospital Programs by adding residents to the LMI.

Requirements

· Internship in technical customer support or previous product experience

· Ability to roll up their sleeves and get the job done with little support

· Must thrive in a fast-paced environment

· Attention to detail

· Proactive, communicative attitude

· Photoshop, Canva, and Mailchimp experience preferred or equivalent platforms.
