Digital Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of channel experts to drive business excellence
Define and execute seasonal performance marketing strategies
Collaborate with internal teams and agencies to manage demand and seasonal plans
Own affiliate, paid search, and programmatic efforts while coordinating with paid social
Align budget with business objectives in partnership with Finance and Business Planning
Develop creative briefs leveraging best practices for high-quality creative output
Foster cross-functional partnerships for optimized marketing and consumer experience
Manage reporting to maintain stakeholder alignment
Must-Have Qualifications:
6+ years in senior marketing management
Experience managing affiliate, paid search, and programmatic channels
Knowledge of performance marketing (Google, Microsoft, DV360, Bing)
Budget management of $20M+ and leadership of teams of 3+
Preferred Skills:
Adobe Analytics, Tableau, mixed media modeling, Jira, Asana
Reporting, measurement, forecasting
Excel, Keynote, presentation skills
Graphic design experience (a plus)
