The Sage Group’s client, the market leader for Cloud Content Management, is searching for a Marketing Operations Specialist experienced in Marketing Operations, Marketo, Iterable, and Salesforce.
As a Campaign Operations Manager on the Marketing Operations (MOPs) team, you will serve as a key contributor within our marketing automation platform (MAP) from a strategic, programmatic, and operational perspective. This role reports to the Team Manager II, Marketing Operations on the Marketing Operations team. This role involves the collection, creation, and distribution of best practices and works with regional marketing to create segments, manage, and send targeted demand gen campaigns. In addition, you will be asked to support MarTech solutions management. You will develop a clear understanding of our MAP and CDP and fully utilize the capabilities therein. You will accomplish this by effectively collaborating with other departments, specifically Marketing, Web, Business Analytics, Sales Operations, and Information Technology. In doing so, you will ensure MOps is seen as a critical element of our revenue 'engine' by our Go-To-Market leaders in Sales and Marketing.
You will also: Collaborate with Marketing stakeholders to effectively deliver and manage targeted demand gen campaigns. Partner with Marketing to develop audiences in CDP based on goals of the program or campaign. Team up with the Campaign Ops team to identify regional requirements, optimizing existing and creating new processes. Creation and development of assets in the marketing automation platform. This includes email, landing pages, and forms. Be responsible for loading lists into the system, including data quality, creation of programs, and ensuring accurate lead flow. These lists are both 1st and 3rd party. Provide detailed reporting on performance of email campaigns to relevant stakeholders. Optimize audience segmentation supporting email programs in collaboration with business stakeholders.
Who You Are:
You are a passionate marketing operations professional who has a history in operations as well as a marketing (demand gen/campaign, programs, digital, etc.) background. You enjoy seeking to understand challenges and work resiliently to provide sound solutions to the business. You have hands-on experience with various marketing automation platforms (preferably Marketo). You have experience with database-related motions including data quality and governance, audience segmentation, and targeting. You have led business-impacting and successful projects that require contribution from cross-functional teams. You are a team player and have a mindset to help and enable people around you. You are committed to advocate for client needs and have a desire to develop relationships. You are a data-driven decision maker but also embrace creativity. You have a BS in Marketing or a minimum of 2-6 years of relevant experience. You have hands-on experience working in Marketo, Iterable, Segment, and Salesforce and are knowledgeable of its capabilities to support and execute campaigns and the lead lifecycle process. You are committed to and have shown success in collaborating and influencing business stakeholders with best practices and recommendations regarding audience segmentation. You are a communicator - both internal and external. You are a team player and enjoy sharing knowledge with other team members. You are comfortable with a significant level of ambiguity and resolving conflicts constructively while being a solution-oriented partner to the business.
