If so, Waggle has an exciting opportunity for you to join our small but dynamic team as an Associate Graphic Designer (Men’s Apparel). We are seeking a talented and innovative individual to contribute their creative vision to our brand and help shape the future of golf fashion.


Daily Responsibilities

– Design & Development: Conceptualize and create original designs for golf apparel and accessories, including polos, hats, t-shirts, pants, shorts, outerwear, and more.

– Brand Alignment: Uphold and evolve the brand’s identity through designs that resonate with our target audience and reflect our values.

– Seasonal Collections: Collaborate with the design team to develop seasonal concepts that push creative boundaries while maintaining a cohesive brand aesthetic.

– Technical Execution: Produce detailed sketches, tech packs, and vector files for production, ensuring designs are ready for manufacturing.

– Collaboration: Work closely with product development, marketing, and production teams to align design efforts with brand strategy and timelines.

– Innovation & Trends: Stay ahead of emerging fashion and golf industry trends to create fresh, relevant, and forward-thinking designs.

– Production Support: Assist with daily production design needs, including tech packs, UPC/barcode creation, and factory communication.


Qualifications & Requirements

– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field.

– 2-4 years in Graphic Design, Apparel Design, or a related field—preferably within the sports or fashion industry. Experience in golf apparel design is a plus.

– A strong portfolio showcasing graphic illustration, logo design, pattern design, and brochure/catalog/editorial design.

– Ability to create original illustrative assets for various applications and collections.

– Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); Adobe After Effects is a plus.

– Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.

– Ability to develop original, innovative designs that align with brand identity and resonate with the target audience.

– Excellent communication and presentation skills to articulate design concepts and work with cross-functional teams.

– Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

– Attention to Detail: Meticulous focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of design and production.


Bonus Requirements

– Experience with fashion related software, sewing patterns and tech pack layout.

– Passion for sport's culture, trends, and apparel requirements. (Golf is a bonus!)

– Sense of humor, team-player mentality and willingness to tackle new ideas head on.

Salary Range

– $52,000 - $62,000
