Position Summary

We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing innovative and functional exterior skin design solutions for a variety of projects, including residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments. This role involves collaboration with project teams, consultants, and clients to translate concepts into detailed architectural elevations and renderings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review site analysis, zoning research, and feasibility studies to support project development.
  • Develop design concepts, renderings, and presentations for architectural projects by utilizing 3D modeling, rendering, and BIM software (Revit, SketchUp, Enscape etc.) to produce high-quality visualizations.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and consultants to ensure design intent is maintained throughout all project phases.
  • Participate in client meetings and presentations to communicate design ideas effectively.
  • Support the coordination of architectural work with engineering disciplines.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture or a related field.
  • 5-10 years of experience in architectural design, preferably in a professional firm.
  • Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, Enscape, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator).
  • Strong understanding of architectural principles, construction methods, and building codes.
  • Excellent graphic presentation and visualization skills.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to prioritize and meet project deadlines.
  • Effective communication and time management skills.
