We are a leading real estate agency serving the Hibiscus Coast region, specialising in residential sales and off-plan developments. Our mission is to deliver the best real estate experience possible by being client-focused and maintaining a dynamic, supportive team.
Our Silverdale office is currently in need of a Marketing Specialist to join their team in a contractor position, working a minimum of 10 hours per week, with more hours available as needed. This role requires flexibility in working hours to accommodate deadlines and event schedules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Promotion
- Develop and execute strategies to enhance brand visibility across Orewa, Whangaparāoa Peninsula, Millwater, and Milldale.
- Identify and activate opportunities to position the brand effectively in target suburbs. - Content Creation
- Design and produce engaging content for social media and marketing campaigns to attract vendors and recruit salespeople.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all platforms. - Social Media Growth
- Develop and implement a social media strategy to grow followers and engagement on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Showcase a proven track record of increasing social media followings and engagement metrics. - Event Activation and Sponsorships
- Research and identify local events and sponsorship opportunities aligned with our brand values.
- Liaise with event coordinators to negotiate sponsorship packages and manage event participation. - Collaboration
- Work closely with the operations team to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Report on marketing activities and their impact on brand awareness and lead generation.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, graphic design, and video editing.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and execute marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and relationship management skills for liaising with event organisers and partners.
- Familiarity with the local market and an understanding of real estate marketing is a plus.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach, capable of juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in the real estate industry is also highly advantageous.
