DESCRIPTION
The Marketing Associate - Graphic Designer will play a dual role in both recruiting attendees for marketing programs and creating compelling digital and print assets to enhance engagement. This position reports to the Marketing Director and collaborates with the Marketing and Events Team to support 300+ meetings and events annually.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Marketing & Event Recruitment
● Recruit event attendees via email campaigns, social media outreach, and targeted marketing strategies.
● Manage attendee lists, track recruitment progress, and report weekly updates.
● Utilize platforms like HubSpot, Zoom, Survicate, and Canva to create automated emails, registration forms, landing pages, and follow-up surveys.
● Provide customer service and registration support via email in a professional, courteous manner.
● Assist with market research and strategy by collecting and interpreting web traffic data and competitive research
● Utilize and optimize advertisement campaigns via Google Ads and Google Analytics
Graphic Design & Branding
● Design marketing materials for events, including social media graphics, promotional flyers, email templates, and PowerPoint presentation decks.
● Create digital and print assets such as booklet design, printed signage, and a variety of digital assets using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Canva.
● Assist in frontend web design and content updates for the company websites using WordPress and Elementor.
● Ensure all designs adhere to branding guidelines and industry best practices.
● Edit and repurpose graphics for multiple marketing channels (web, email, print, and social media).
Administrative & Team Collaboration
● Support internal marketing initiatives.
● Organize and update marketing documents, tracking sheets, and reports using MS Office, Google Suite, and HubSpot.
● Attend company meetings, participate in training, and contribute to marketing strategy discussions.
● Travel (up to 5% annually) as needed for event support.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
Required
● 40-hour workweek availability.
● Experience in marketing recruitment and graphic design.
● Strong graphic design skills with a portfolio of previous work.
● Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
● Familiarity with WordPress and Elementor for frontend web design.
● Experience using Canva, HubSpot, Google Suite, and Microsoft Office.
● Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
● Experience using Google Ads and Google Analytics
● Experience in healthcare, medical education, or related industries.
● Video editing skills (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Canva) are a plus but not required.
