We blend beautiful design with top-tier service to create unforgettable stays, and we are seeking a dynamic Director of Marketing to lead our marketing efforts and drive growth.

About the Role

The Director of Marketing will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of marketing and branding for Reverie Hospitality’s properties. This role requires strategic thinking and hands-on execution to lead our marketing initiatives, drive bookings, enhance online presence, and manage a variety of marketing channels. This role will oversee a team of specialists, contractors, and creative professionals to ensure our brand is represented at the highest level.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Operations & Team Management

• Oversee and manage the day-to-day marketing operations for all Reverie Hospitality properties.

• Directly manage all social media channels and ensure strategic execution across all social platforms.

• Lead and coordinate paid marketing campaigns across Meta (Facebook, Instagram), Google Ads, SEO marketing, and web design.

• Ensure all online content, listings, and brand representation accurately reflect company standards and best present each property.

Content & Creative Oversight

• Manage professional photographers, videographers and social influencers, ensuring consistent high-quality content production.

• Create regular content (videos, photos, etc.) and manage professional photoshoots to capture marketing materials needed for campaigns.

• Collect photos and videos from past events and manage content for ongoing marketing efforts.

• Supervise photo and video editors, ensuring a high level of polish and brand alignment.

Social Media & Influencer Marketing

• Manage the scheduling and posting of content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, and wedding websites.

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies to drive bookings and expand online exposure.

• Manage engagement with PR outlets, including local magazines, listings, travel websites, and media features.

Advertising & Budget Management

• Develop and manage marketing budgets, ensuring funds are allocated to the most effective advertising efforts.

• Optimize paid advertising campaigns on Google, Meta, and other platforms to maximize return on investment.

Lead Nurturing & Client Journey

• Design and execute a newsletter strategy, engaging potential and past guests.

• Manage text message campaigns and client communication throughout the sales funnel.

• Oversee the client journey, from initial inquiry through booking and post-event follow-ups, ensuring an exceptional experience.

Marketing Meetings & Performance Tracking

• Lead weekly marketing meetings, providing updates on campaign performance and marketing initiatives.

• Track KPIs and analytics, adjusting strategies to optimize results and improve revenue generation.

• Manage relationships with subcontractors and vendors who provide specialized marketing services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in hospitality and events.

• Education in marketing, business, or a related field OR equivalent work experience.

• Strong experience managing social media, digital advertising, SEO, and influencer campaigns.

• Skilled in executing and/or coordinating photography and videography production.

• Proficiency with Meta Ads, Google Ads, analytics platforms, and email marketing tools.

• Knowledge of wedding and travel industry trends.

• Ability to manage budgets and allocate resources effectively.

• Experience with PR, media outreach, and brand partnerships.

  • Interior design experience or skills is a plus
