What You Will Do:
The Marketing Manager, Consumer Connections plays a vital role in translating the L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics marketing strategy to the consumer.
This position is responsible to drive brand growth by developing innovative strategies and go-to-market plans for both new launches and cores businesses with executional excellence. In addition, the Marketing Manager's primary responsibility includes owning and uncovering deep consumer insights to initiate breakthrough communications and data-driven marketing.
In alignment with franchise leads on the US and DMI Marketing teams the Marketing Manager will support campaign development, develop innovative activation programs and share insights into how the consumer mindset is evolving in real-time.
Job Responsibilities:
Partner with Brand Marketing, DMI and Brand Engagement to build and execute engaging and exciting consumer-driven activations which move at the speed of culture Be at the forefront of what is happening in culture and propose new first-to-market programs Serve as an expert in developing authentic activations to engage the brand's growing Hispanic consumer base Maintain overarching familiarity with all L'Oreal Paris Cosmetics campaigns to ensure diversity of creators across all activations Develop strategies to break-through the clutter and compete more effectively in the cosmetics category Identify and implement test & learn opportunities spanning retail partnerships, social activations, influencer campaigns and paid media Work effectively with cross-functional teams (including but not limited to Media, PR, Marketing/Digital Marketing and Customer Marketing) on category/franchise footprint Develop Influencer strategy, vision for the category, and exhibit expertise in social trends and the online beauty landscape to ensure we're leveraging top creators in a timely and on-trend fashion Understand L'Oral Paris' unique brand positioning and stay true to brand equity through all social content & alignment with Global marketing (DMI) Manage ongoing relationships with key post-production partners to edit, iterate and optimize creative for use in media Trendspot on priority platforms to agilely adapt content and influencer strategy for the Cosmetics category Other responsibilities include but are not limited to performing business & competitive analyses, marketing budget/financial control, and preparing presentations for top management meetings What We Are Looking For:
5-7 years' experience in brand marketing - ideally in the Cosmetics space Spanish language fluency highly preferred Experience in Hispanic Marketing Expert in social media and digital landscape Experience in photography and editing a plus Ability to work cross-functionally and develop big picture strategy to grow the L'Oral Paris brand love. Complex role at the intersection of Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing/Digital Marketing, Customer Marketing, E-commerce and Agency Partners Ability to effectively work in a matrixed environment - Brand Engagement, CDMO, Global Marketing (DMI) Creative skills to develop new content & out-of-the-box thinking a must Ability to write and edit in the L'Oral Paris voice Ability to be resourceful and scrappy while working within brand guidelines to produce high quality in-house content Ability to manage multiple vendors and work with business partners on new innovations as well as best practices Strong analytics skills

Additional Benefits Information As Follows:
Salary Range: $98,000-$140,000 (The actual compensation will depend on a variety of job-related factors which may include geographic location, work experience, education, and skill level)
