Job Description
Location: US Nationwide, Remote/Travel
The Tech Lead and Architect will apply their technical and functional expertise, along with leadership skills, to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects of their projects. The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, overseeing and directing technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget.
On a typical project, the lead will conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on relevant technical items, lead and develop reporting and analytical technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are followed, track and communicate status, anticipate risks, escalate issues, and implement mitigations, ensuring the technical scope is delivered on time and within budget, meeting quality standards and resulting in referenceable customers. The lead will act as an advisor to the customer, providing guidance and direction while maintaining a productive relationship.
The candidate should support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities. Additionally, the candidate should contribute to and lead innovation initiatives within our communities of practice and cross-functional teams.

The individual should have demonstrated expertise in the Fusion Data Intelligence Platform, requiring a combination of skills noted below:
- Advanced knowledge and experience in architecting solutions leveraging the Fusion Data Intelligence (FDIP) platform and augmenting the platform for custom sources and analytics requirements.
- Strong skills in modeling enterprise data warehouses and Oracle ETL tools.
- Deep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology.
- Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities.
- Strong communication skills, leadership, and management skills.
Responsibilities
- Technical Skills:
- Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) with expertise in one or more of the following pillars: ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX.
- Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
- ADW & exceptional data warehousing skills
- Oracle's prominent ETL Tools - Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), OCI DI
- AI/ML both on FDIP as well as on ADW.
- Functional Skills:
- Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules.
- General understanding of functional processes and workflows.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
- Project management: planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks; effectively managing resources and identifying needs and changes.
- Customer relationship building.

Range and Benefit Information: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions, and locations, as well as reflect Oracle’s differing products, industries, and lines of business. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on these factors as well as internal peer equity.
