Location: US Nationwide, Remote/Travel The Tech Lead and Architect will apply their technical and functional expertise and leadership skills to ensure successful delivery of all technical aspects of their projects. The tech lead is accountable for all technical items (scope) and works closely with customer counterparts, onshore and offshore functional resources, overseeing and directing the technical teams to meet commitments to our customers on time and on budget. The lead will conduct familiarization sessions, run workshops on relevant technical items, lead and develop reporting and analytical technical strategies and architecture, effectively lead customer, functional, and technical resources in the context of associated technical items, ensure quality processes and peer reviews are being followed, track and communicate status, anticipate/foresee risk, escalate, and implement mitigations; ensuring the technical scope is delivered on time and budget and meets quality standards, resulting in referenceable customers. The lead will perform as an advisor to the customer, providing guidance and direction, and maintaining a productive relationship. Aside from the tech lead role, the candidate should support sales pursuits, conduct technical discovery sessions, work with deals teams on solution design and estimation, and participate in sales presentations showcasing our teams’ solutions, experience, and capabilities. The candidate should also contribute/lead innovation and initiatives within our communities of practice and cross-functional teams. The individual should have demonstrated expertise in the Fusion Data Intelligence Platform, which requires a combination of skills noted below: Advanced knowledge and experience to architect solutions leveraging the Fusion Data Intelligence (FDIP) platform and augment the platform for our client's custom sources and analytics requirements if needed. Strong skills in modeling enterprise data warehouses and in Oracle ETL tools are essential. Deep knowledge in SaaS Applications technology and OCI/PaaS technology. Good understanding of SaaS functionality, processes, and capabilities. Possess strong communication, leadership, and management skills. Responsibilities To be successful, the lead will preferably possess and have experience in the following skills in alignment with the facets of the role: Technical Skills: Fusion Data Intelligence Platform (FDIP) with expertise in one or more of the following pillars: ERP, SCM, HCM, and CX. Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC). ADW & exceptional data warehousing skills. Oracle's prominent ETL Tools - Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), OCI DI. AI/ML both on FDIP and ADW. Functional Skills: Experience and clear understanding of functional concepts in SaaS modules in areas of expertise. General understanding of functional processes and workflows. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Project management: planning, tracking scope, collecting and reporting status, identifying, communicating, and mitigating risks; effectively managing resources and identifying needs and changes. Range and Benefit Information: US: Hiring Range in USD from: $120,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral. Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.
