Audio Visual (AV) Manager
oversees and continuously improves the Firm's global AV operational support services, ensuring a high-quality conferencing experience for lawyers, staff, and clients. This role involves designing and managing AV solutions, collaborating with IT and cross-functional stakeholders to align services with the Firm's needs, and adapting technology to enable business outcomes. The manager leads a team responsible for operational execution, supports AV design efforts, and ensures seamless coordination for events, townhalls, and other key meetings. Responsibilities include monitoring service metrics, driving continuous improvement, managing third-party vendors, and maintaining the AV budget.
The ideal candidate has 7+ years of experience in a professional services or legal setting, expertise in global conferencing solutions like Cisco Telepresence, and proficiency with platforms such as MS Teams, Zoom, and Webex. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential. Candidates must also meet U.S. export control requirements, including citizenship or legal residency.
Based in Washington, D.C., the role requires onsite presence, with occasional on-call availability. Reporting to the Director of IT Service Management, the position offers a salary range of $129,000-$182,000 and demands high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
