Base pay range
$150,000.00/yr - $185,000.00/yr
We're looking for a Field Marketing & Events Manager to drive brand awareness and engagement for LangChain through a diverse range of events — from industry conferences to executive gatherings and meetups. You'll own event strategy, execution, follow-up, and performance tracking to maximize impact.
Location: Candidate must be excited to be in-person 5 days/week at our office in San Francisco, CA.
In this role, you should expect to:
- Develop and manage a diverse portfolio of events, from major industry conferences to executive gatherings and local meetups, to boost brand awareness and generate leads.
- Prioritize industry conferences, identify key engagement and sponsorship opportunities, and develop targeted strategies to connect with the right audience.
- Oversee all aspects of event planning, promotion, execution, and post-event follow-up to ensure seamless coordination and maximum engagement.
- Manage event budgets, vendor relationships, and logistics to optimize efficiency and impact.
- Serve as the primary point of contact during events, managing on-the-ground operations, resolving challenges, and representing LangChain with professionalism.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales to align event initiatives with business goals and maximize impact.
- Track key event metrics, analyze insights, and refine strategies to drive continuous improvement and success.
How to be successful in this role:
- You have 3+ years of experience in events or field marketing.
- You’re detail-oriented with a "get it done" mindset.
- You can juggle multiple projects while maintaining ownership and ensuring nothing slips through the cracks.
- You have experience managing event budgets, negotiating contracts, and ensuring cost efficiency — while delivering a top-tier experience for attendees.
