A successful niche marketing and communications agency based in Seattle that embraces remote working, our team is growing, and we’re looking for the ideal candidate to help support strategic communications projects that scale this part of the business. The Role: As a Communications Strategist, you will be a supporting point of contact for key clients and the day-to-day execution of their account deliverables. The Strategist/Account Manager will work across account teams to manage our best-in-class strategic communications and leadership branding program to support the development of executive communications strategy, helping leaders and their organizations be more discoverable, shareable, and memorable. What you will be doing A point of contact for clients, establishing strong relationships with their communications teams. Support high priority strategic communications and executive communications accounts contributing to strategic development and execution of communications campaigns across channels and mediums. Collaborate with internal and client teams to ensure strong integration across the organizations and the accounts. Develop and nurture relationships with our clients and their teams by providing innovative ideas and advice on social media, content creation, and thought leadership. Ideate, create and curate personalized leadership brand messaging, co-create original content – including social copy, scripts, award submissions and long-form articles for executives. Develop your own expertise in the Delightful Leadership Brand Lab methodology and approach, finding ways to make the entire experience and process more effective, efficient, and valuable. Be at the cutting edge of executive communications, storytelling and social media marketing trends and best practices. Track program KPIs and provide ongoing insights and recommendations. Contribute to client’s business growth by identifying new and creative opportunities. Be open and willing to support the entire Delightful team on cross-functional projects as needed. What we are looking for 4 or more years of experience in PR, digital marketing, executive copywriting, and/or executive communications with an excellent track record and eye for detail. Experience in B2B and high-tech products/services environment preferred. Bachelor’s degree in journalism, marketing, communications, or similar required. Highly organized with the ability to spin many plates and keep focused on deadlines and deliverables. A strong, professional communicator both in writing and in person with people at all levels of business, especially mid and senior-level executives. A total whiz with Copilot, Microsoft Office, Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint. Excellent knowledge and command of social media platforms like LinkedIn, X, Facebook, and Instagram plus social media tools like Buffer and Sprinklr. Experience with writing long and short-form copy for executives. Excellent problem-solving skills with a “can-do” attitude. Ability to navigate ambiguity in an agile environment. Someone with energy, passion and positivity, who’s not afraid to ask questions, learn new things, push the envelope and always be delightful. Salary range:

$75,000 - $90,000 + eligibility for 10% performance bonus Benefits:
