Responsibilities:

Responsibility for the HR marketing presence in the US in close coordination with the global Employer Branding team Maintain relationship with University key schools and all corresponding events First point of contact for universities/colleges, professional associations, service providers and corporate communications for local HR marketing measures Development of creative in-house events to get our target groups excited about Freudenberg Maintaining and monitoring social media company profiles and evaluation platforms (e.g. Glassdoor, Indeed etc.) Networking and coordination with HR colleagues from different Business Groups for exchange of information, and development of joint measures Draft marketing communications, including promotional publications, presentations, advertisements, or brochures Organize special marketing events that are designed to build employer brand awareness Member of the global Employer Branding Community Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or similar field is required 5+ years' work experience in HR Marketing, Employer Branding or Event Planning is required Ability to work independently and internationally is required Creative, solution-oriented Strong experience in social media platforms is preferred Convincing personality with the willingness to collaborate and influence others Excellent collaboration, facilitation, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and excel in a fast-paced environment Goal oriented/self-motivated.
