The Employer Branding and Communication Coordinator will drive initiatives to strengthen our organization’s reputation as an employer of choice while ensuring consistent, engaging communication internally and externally. This role bridges our company culture, employee engagement and external perceptions, fostering the Employee Values Proposition of Michelin CBS Bucharest about who we are and what we stand for.
Main purpose is to develop and implement Employer Branding strategies to attract, engage and retain top talents within the organization.
The role is maternity leave replacement.
Main responsibilities:
- Elaborates and implement the internal and external EB strategy in accordance to Center strategy, market trends and available budget;
- Collaborate with HR/Recruitment and marketing teams to promote the company’s culture, values, career opportunities across digital platforms, social media, and recruitment campaigns;
- Ensure online and offline presence through Social Media campaigns and Employer Branding;
- Create content – videos, articles, testimonials, showcasing employee experiences and success career stories;
- Monitor Employer Brand performance and perception through surveys, studies, analytics, and external platforms (LinkedIn, undelucram etc);
- Manage strategic partnerships with NGOs and HR relevant communities and events, aiming to promote career opportunities and internal programs;
- Coordinate CSR activities in collaboration with the Regional Team;
- Coordinate and create content for Internal Communication projects (develop newsletters, posts on internal comms platforms);
- Organize internal events (Town Hall, celebration/recognition events & ceremonies, employee engagement events, Fun@Work);
- Collaborate with PR and marketing to craft content for social media, press releases and employer-focused events;
- Build partnerships with universities, professional and student organizations and industry forums to enhance employer visibility;
- Participates to different job fair, students association meeting and universities events as well to events galas;
- Constantly test new approaches and stay updated with the latest practices in the field;
- Manage the allocated budget, distribution between activities and return of investment calculation.
Experience:
- Previous experience in organizing & planning events: internal and external;
- Proven results in creative writing for internal and external materials (articles, newsletters, social media posts etc);
- Previous experience in PR will be a plus;
- Proven experience in employer branding and internal communications;
- Stakeholder management for internal (employees, top management) and external partners (universities, NGOs, events organizers etc).
Skills and abilities:
- Strong communicator – Good presentation skills and possesses strong verbal & written communication skills;
- Flexible – able to adapt to stakeholders needs;
- Effective stakeholder management skills for internal and external partners;
- Employee engagement communication;
- Strategy & Communication planning – internal & external (PR, events participation, partnerships);
- Min. B2 English & Romanian skills – written & spoken.
