We are looking for a freelance Associate Creative Director (ACD) who is as skilled at conceptual thinking as they are at design execution. If you can develop bold, strategic design platforms while also steering video and motion content, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

1. Lead creative concept development for digital, social, and motion-based campaigns.
2. Develop strong design systems that translate across multiple platforms.
3. Guide and provide direction on video projects, ensuring cohesive storytelling and visual impact.
4. Work collaboratively with internal teams to bring strategic brand ideas to life.
5. Maintain a high level of craft in everything and work on a project hands-on when needed.

What We’re Looking For

1. 5+ years of experience in a design-driven creative role (ACD, Senior Art Director, or equivalent).
2. A strong design foundation with expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
3. Experience leading creative across video and motion design projects.
4. Ability to develop and maintain brand systems that work across digital and video.
5. Strong conceptual thinker who can take a brief and elevate it into a full-fledged creative platform.
6. Experience working autonomously as a freelancer while integrating well with a team.

Bonus Skills

1. Experience with AI-assisted creative workflows.
2. Background in brand identity development.
3. Ability to jump into hands-on motion design when needed.
