A family-owned, highly reputable construction company in Flat Rock, NC is seeking a part-time Marketing Coordinator. This organization has a wonderful company culture and hires based on professionalism and skill.

This is a direct hire, hybrid position. The schedule is flexible between 25-30 hours per week.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze current marketing operations
• Create marketing vision and strategy
• Manage social media platforms
• Create graphics and copy for all print and digital collateral
• Oversee community engagement and vendor relationships
• Strengthen the firm's brand and increase brand awareness
• Elevate all marketing deliverables
• Plan and execute internal and external events

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
• 1+ years of professional or internship experience
• Demonstrated ability to manage social media accounts
• Proficient in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite
• Email campaign and content management software experience preferred

Compensation & Benefits:

• $24 - $28 hr.
