Own the Vision:
Lead the creation and execution of PlatCore’s marketing strategy, focusing on brand awareness, demand generation, and market positioning within the ServiceNow ecosystem. Agile Execution : Get hands-on in driving marketing campaigns across channels—social media, email, SEO, SEM, and content marketing. Experiment, learn, and iterate quickly to deliver results. Growth-Driven Content:
Work closely with the team to create compelling content that showcases the value of PlatCore’s LMS, including case studies, blog posts, webinars, and product demos. Business Development & Revenue Growth :
Sales & Marketing Alignment : Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing and business development efforts are aligned, driving leads through the funnel and supporting pipeline growth. Strategic Focus : Identify and nurture key partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem and beyond to help scale PlatCore’s presence. You’ll work with ServiceNow teams, partners, and prospects to generate opportunities and grow the business. Be the Face of Growth : Act as the driver of business development, identifying new revenue opportunities and positioning PlatCore as the go-to LMS solution for ServiceNow customers.
Startup Team Leadership & Culture:
Small, But Mighty : Manage a lean, agile team (Marketing Coordinator, SDRs, etc.), empowering them to take ownership and make decisions. As the company scales, you'll play a key role in building out the team. Hands-On Leadership : You’ll be in the trenches with your team, supporting them directly and guiding their development as we grow. You’ll have the autonomy to set the pace and shape the culture as a key leader in a startup environment. High Accountability, High Impact : In a startup, every decision counts. Partnerships & Ecosystem Development:
Strategic Relationships : Foster and build key partnerships within the ServiceNow ecosystem to boost PlatCore’s visibility and opportunities for profitable relationships. Win-Win Collaborations : Cultivate co-marketing and co-selling initiatives with partners, helping to elevate PlatCore’s presence and generate leads through the ServiceNow network.
EOS-Driven Focus :
Help the company stay focused, aligned, and accountable by adopting and implementing the
Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) . Use EOS tools to ensure the sales team is aligned with company goals and driving toward quarterly and annual targets. Lead and inspire with transparency and discipline, driving your team to meet
rocks
and KPIs while keeping things nimble and adaptable to a startup environment.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience :
7+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role at a SaaS or technology company. Demonstrated experience within the ServiceNow ecosystem, ideally working as an ISV partner or within a similar enterprise software environment. Proven ability to create and execute digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including content marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and email. Strong experience in business development, building partnerships, and driving revenue growth in a B2B environment. Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) or similar enterprise training solutions is expected. If you’re passionate about learning and technology, you’ll fit right in.
