Team Introduction
The creator is TikTok's key advantage and TikTok's creator marketing is experiencing rapid growth. We are looking for a creator marketing strategy operation analyst/associate to join the Creative Product and Operations team, aiming to contribute more insights and ideas to drive growth.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for strategic analysis of the rapidly growing TikTok's creator marketing business, establishing a metric system, formulating business targets and breaking down targets by region/industry/creator tiers, conducting operation diagnosis and reporting regularly.
- Assist in developing annual creator marketing business strategy plans and align with key stakeholders.
- Deeply study the global influencer marketing industry, conduct research and provide insights on business models, demand/supply, competitors, products, etc.
- Conduct analysis on different topics such as advertisers demand, creator supply and product models, identifying opportunities and delivering actionable strategies.
- Collaborate with regional operations and product teams to advance key projects.
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or higher.
- 3+ years of experience in strategy/business analysis/operational strategy analysis.
- Strong analytical skills with good sensitivity to data, capable of complex data analysis.
- Proactive, with strong cross-team/cross-cultural communication skills, excellent learning ability, and good adaptability and stress resilience.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Proficient in SQL.
- Experience in brand ads, creator marketing, creatives, creator content operations.
- Proficient in Mandarin to allow for cross-functional collaboration on a global scale.
