The Opportunity:

The Graphic Designer will be an integral part of guiding Clios design process from beginning to end. This role will be vital in the conceptualization, design, and execution of a variety of visually compelling materials, including packaging, digital content, and print collateral for both trade and consumer audiences. In addition to graphic work, this person will be an integral part of the asset management and packaging approval process. They will manage all completed artwork, help with print management, signoffs, own folders with key brand assets (logos, lock ups, fonts, visuals), and so on. The Graphic Designer will collaborate closely with the marketing team to build impactful designs as well as key cross-functional counterparts to ensure high-quality, consistent execution from our suppliers. A creative, organized, and flexible team player with strong technical design skills and the ability to develop eye-catching, functional, and on-brand creative that resonates with our target audiences will thrive in this role.

What Youll Do:

  • Own Clios creative design, approval, and execution process from end to end
  • Meet regularly with the marketing team for creative briefings and feedback across a range of materials
  • Manage all design and asset needs (graphic, social, web, packaging, sales materials, deck optimization, etc.)
  • Develop and update US and international packaging graphics for grocery, mass, and club across a full portfolio of 20+ skus
  • Liaison with external creative partners as needed
  • Ensure all creative accurately and consistently represents the companys brand and ethos
  • Continuously evaluate market trends and analyze competitive designs
  • Maintain holistic asset management process for team across all graphic materials
  • Manage packaging review and approval process
  • Support internal procurement partners in printer management, review, etc.

What Youll Need:

  • Bachelors degree in design, fine arts, or related field
  • 7-10 years experience
  • Proven experience working as a graphic designer, preferably for a consumer package goods company
  • Impressive portfolio of relevant sample projects, including packaging, print, and digital executions
  • Strong sense of esthetics and keen eye for detail
  • Sufficient knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
  • Working understanding of consumer packaging health and safety regulations
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Collaborative, team-player mindset
  • Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented

  • Prior natural food experience, especially within refrigerated or frozen space
  • Start-up experience
  • Photography, videography, and/or 3D rendering capabilities
