What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates.
  2. Write and edit engaging, platform-specific social copy for brands and executives, ensuring alignment with client voice and goals.
  3. Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations, fostering authentic partnerships.
  4. Develop content amplification strategies and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement.
  5. Analyze performance metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements.

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer marketing, or paid media.
  2. Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  3. Deadline-driven with attention to detail and a passion for improving results over time.
  4. Ability to quickly adjust digital strategy, voice, and tone based on each client and audience.
  5. Experience with social media management tools and digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Experience with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Sprinklr.
  2. Familiarity with digital tools for analytics and influencer management, such as Brandwatch, Traackr, or Audiense.
