What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

  1. Serve as the primary client contact for social media and influencer program deliverables, providing strategic insights and updates
  2. Write and edit compelling, platform-specific social copy for brands and executives, ensuring alignment with client voice and goals
  3. Collaborate with influencers to plan and execute virtual and in-person activations, fostering authentic partnerships
  4. Develop content amplification strategies and manage paid media campaigns to maximize reach and engagement
  5. Analyze performance metrics across social, influencer, and paid channels to refine strategies and recommend improvements

What is Required (Qualifications):

  1. 4+ years of client-facing agency experience or equivalent in social media, digital content, influencer, or paid marketing
  2. Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  3. Growth mindset, eager to learn and approach challenges as opportunities for skill development
  4. Deadline-driven, with attention to detail and a passion for improving results over time
  5. Experience with social media management tools and digital analytics platforms is a plus

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

  1. Familiarity with social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, and analytics platforms such as Google Analytics
