Job Summary We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Design Research Coordinator to support research operations, controls, and participant recruitment for our client. This role is crucial in ensuring the seamless execution of research studies, managing logistics, and maintaining stakeholder communications. The ideal candidate is meticulous, self-motivated, and thrives in structured environments. While direct UX research experience is not required, familiarity with qualitative research methods and usability studies is preferred.
Key Responsibilities Coordinate
participant recruitment logistics , ensuring smooth execution of research studies. Manage
stakeholder communications
to align research operations with business goals. Oversee
research facility operations , ensuring all logistical aspects are in place. Maintain and update
documentation, metrics, and reports
to track research progress. Support compliance with
research controls and best practices . Work collaboratively across teams and escalate issues as needed.
Required Qualifications 4+ years of experience
with
strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-through . 4+ years of experience
supporting
participant recruitment and/or research facility operations . 4+ years of experience
in
documentation, metrics tracking, and reporting . Familiarity with
qualitative research methods
and
unmoderated usability studies
is a plus. Strong
problem-solving
and
communication skills .
Preferred Qualifications Experience working in
UX research operations
or a related field. Ability to manage multiple tasks
independently and collaboratively . Strong ability reto
escalate, collaborate, and take initiative
when needed.
