Job Title:Sr. Product Marketing Manager

Location:100% remote, United States Duration: Fulltime, direct-hire role Salary: $120-$140k/yearly

Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior Product Marketing Manager to drive the entire product development process, from concept to launch. This role calls for a strategic thinker with strong expertise in market trends, category strategy, and brand positioning. The ideal candidate will work cross-functionally to ensure that product concepts, formulations, and packaging align with the brand's vision, market demands, and financial goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Definition & Target Setting

• Define the marketing angle through insights, trends, and market analysis. • Develop category strategy aligned with brand positioning and consumer needs. • Establish pricing architecture for profitability and commercial success. • Collaborate on business strategy, including forecasting, distribution, and revenue projections. • Track project milestones in Asana.

Concept Development

• Develop product and animation concepts that drive innovation and market differentiation.

Product Development Execution

• Define product naming strategy to align with brand identity. • Conduct consumer interviews and panel testing for refinement. • Oversee product development, packaging, and assortment validation. • Manage clinical testing and claims validation for scientific credibility. • Submit packaging artwork, ensuring brand and regulatory compliance.

Marketing & Commercial Strategy

• Create the Marketing Concept Book, outlining positioning, messaging, and strategy. • Develop the Scientific Book, consolidating technology insights and clinical data.

Big Idea & Creative Execution

• Align with the ad agency to ensure cohesive storytelling and brand voice. • Collaborate with copywriters on messaging and campaign strategy.

Qualifications: • 7+ years of experience in product marketing and development within the beauty, skincare, or personal care industry. • Strong understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept to commercialization. • Expertise in market research, consumer insights, and competitive analysis to inform product development. • Proven experience working with R&D, packaging, and regulatory teams to ensure product integrity. • Strong analytical skills to assess business performance, financial impact, and pricing strategy. • Ability to manage cross-functional teams and ensure smooth collaboration between marketing, R&D, supply chain, and sales teams. • Experience in claims substantiation and clinical validation. • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple timelines and deliverables.
